Starting and growing a digital agency

What grows an agency is not only new clients but delivering the same quality to every client. We make your services packageable and take your proposal and delivery processes out of individual heads.

01

Who it is for

  • Freelancers who want to turn their work into an agency
  • Newly founded agencies setting up their first routines
  • Agencies whose profit and quality drop as the client count grows
  • Founders who want to add their own product next to agency services
02

What problem it solves

Agencies tend to get stuck in very similar places as they grow:

  1. a.Every project is quoted from scratch; scope and price depend on who writes the proposal.
  2. b.Revisions never end because the client is not sure what they are buying.
  3. c.Know-how lives in a few people's heads, so quality drops as the team grows.
  4. d.The founder tries to keep up with everything and has no time left for growth.
03

What you get

  • A service and package structure with clearly written scope
  • A proposal template and a scoping call flow
  • A project delivery standard and checklists
  • Team roles and a division of work
  • A client communication and reporting routine

At AKNET I ran marketing and software processes, and today I am general manager of PNZ Medya. I share the experience of building an agency model that publishes its package scope openly and shows a working demo first.

Frequently asked questions

Should an agency publish its prices?

There is no single right answer. For packageable services, publishing scope and price can shorten the sales process; for custom work, defining the scope first is healthier. We look at which fits your services.

Does it make sense to add a product next to the agency?

If the agency has repeating work, the product idea usually comes from there. But a product needs its own team rhythm, so we plan how to do it without hurting agency delivery.

Do you help with finding clients?

Sales, proposals and positioning are part of the work. Ads and SEO can be planned as separate solutions.
