Software project and product management
Most software projects struggle because of scope, not code: everything is wanted at once and nothing ships on time. We cut your idea down to the smallest useful version and plan the road from there to a real product, step by step.
Who it is for
- Founders with a software idea who do not know where to start
- Businesses having software built by an agency or a team
- Product teams that shipped an MVP and got stuck on the next step
- Companies whose project keeps growing and whose budget is out of control
What problem it solves
When product management is missing, the picture usually looks the same:
- a.Scope grows in every meeting and the delivery date keeps slipping.
- b.The team knows what to do but not why.
- c.User feedback does not reach the product in a regular way.
- d.Nobody measures which feature works; decisions are made on instinct.
What you get
- An MVP scope document: what is in, what is out and why
- A prioritised roadmap and release plan
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Key metrics to measure and how to track them
- A delivery tracking routine for working with an agency or a team
Process
- 1
Understanding the idea
We clarify the target user, the problem to solve and the business model.
- 2
Narrowing the scope
We separate what must be in the first release from what can wait.
- 3
Roadmap
We write down releases, priorities and success criteria.
- 4
Delivery tracking
During development we check weekly that the plan holds.
- 5
After launch
We look at the first user data and set priorities for the next release.
Where the experience comes from

I manage client projects at PNZ Medya and our own product at Entrobase. At the agency, the rule of never starting development before showing a working prototype turned out to be the most effective way to settle scope early.
Frequently asked questions
How many features are enough for an MVP?
The smallest version that solves the target user's main problem, and whose usage you can measure, is enough. In the scoping session we filter every feature through that question.
Another agency is building our software. Can we still work together?
Yes. In that case I act like a product owner on your side and track scope, priorities and delivery.
I am not technical. Will I be able to follow the process?
Documents are written so that a non-technical manager can read them and decide. Technical details are written separately for the team.
