Fractional CTO and technical advisory
Not every company needs a full-time CTO, but every company needs sound technical decisions. I represent the technical side at the management table and stay with you on architecture, vendor and team decisions.
Who it is for
- Companies having their software built by agencies or freelancers
- Startups without a technical co-founder
- Companies that want a clear technical picture before an investment or a big project
- Managers unsure whether the technology budget is paying off
What problem it solves
When technical leadership is missing, the cost shows up later:
- a.Technology is chosen by what the vendor knows, not by what the company needs.
- b.Nobody is sure who holds the code, the servers and the domain.
- c.There is no technical eye to compare incoming proposals.
- d.Security, backups and access rights are nobody's responsibility.
What you get
- A technical status report: infrastructure, code, access and risks
- A technology and architecture roadmap
- Technical evaluation of vendor and agency proposals
- Code, security and backup checklists
- Technical representation in regular management meetings

Frequently asked questions
How much time do you commit per week?
The rhythm is set together based on need: regular weekly meetings, more intense support in critical periods. The scope is put in writing after the first call.
Do you write code too?
In the fractional CTO role the focus is decisions and direction. If development is needed, it is planned with your team or the PNZ Medya team.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Any work that requires access to your systems or data starts with a non-disclosure agreement.
